1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 36bd online casino and sports betting platform ("Platform") and its users ("User").

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to one user are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification

36bd may request additional documents to verify your identity at any time. The withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 36bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits using third-party accounts are prohibited.
• All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

36bd offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus terms are as follows:

• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: A ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus = total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed.
• Example: A ৳42,000 deposit receives a ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) = total balance of ৳62,000.
• The bonus can only be used on eligible games.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus balance cannot be converted to cash; only winnings from completed wagering requirements will be withdrawable.
• 36bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once placed on 36bd, all bets cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of any technical error in a betting market, 36bd reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bets.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to sports betting markets:

• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the related bets will be refunded.
• Bets will be settled after results are confirmed from official sources.
• 36bd reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds.

6.3 Casino Gaming

For casino games, the rules of the respective game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) apply. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the player's stake will be returned to their account.

6.4 VIP Program

36bd's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. As you advance to higher tiers, the weekly cashback rate increases: a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze, a maximum of 0.5% at Silver, and a maximum of 0.8% weekly cashback at Gold.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 36bd platform:

• Abusing the bonus system or artificially generating turnover using bonuses.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other program.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.

• Colluding or conspiring with other users.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service team. Before the account is closed, eligible funds from your balance may be withdrawn, provided there are no pending conditions.

8.2 Closure at 36bd's Initiative

36bd may temporarily or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Providing false or incorrect information.

• Suspicion of unlawful activity.
• Extended inactivity.
